They offer a variety of booking options from a deluxe lake house with a private pool to rustic fishing cabins that allows you to take the stress out of a race morning and allows you to recuperate next day. All lodging options are conveniently located inside Cedar Bayou Marina and offer quick trail access.

Step 1: Visit the Cedar Bayou Marina Lodging website to explore the available cabins and make your reservation.

Step 2: Select Your Lodging option by selecting the book now. This will direct you to our booking
software (CampSpot). Select your preferred dates and # of guests to view available lodging
options. Add your lodging to your shopping cart
Step 3: Click the proceed to checkout. Fill in Guest Contact info.
Step 4: Click "Proceed to Payment Allotment".
Step 5: Type in your Promo Code - CTTRCBM15 (All Caps, No Spaces)
Step 6: After typing in the complete code, your "Pay Total Balance" will reflect the discount.
Step 7: Click continue to the payment method and enter card info.
Step 8. Once you have completed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email.

Camping Options

The Juniper Point Campground offers 44 campsites with electrical and water hookups, and 25 basic sites without hookups. Other amenities include flush and vault toilets, showers and drinking water. Two dump stations, two boat ramps and two docks are located on-site. The site is close to beautiful sandy beaches. General stores and a marina are within one mile.

Air and Car Transportion Advice

A car will be needed to get around. There will be no shuttle service arranged, as we expect the vast majority of attendees to be locals or have rented a car for the trip from the airport. Ride-sharing apps like Uber and Lyft are very expensive for the drive from the airports to the race site and not easily available in Gordonville, Texas (the town where the race is located).

Dallas, Texas is served by two area airports: Dallas-Love Field (DAL) is the smaller one where Southwest Airlines flies out of, and then all other airlines fly through Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

DFW - Dallas-Fort Worth International - 88.7 miles, approx. 1 hr, 25 minutes in good traffic
DAL - Dallas Love Field - 83.3 miles, approx. 1 hr, 36 minutes in good traffic
