Dinosaur Valley Endurance Run

The race is held at the beautiful Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glen Rose, Texas. This course has rolling and sustained ascents and descents that take you through varied terrain. There are amazing overlooks on this course where you can see for miles. The event offers race distances of 5 miles, 25K, 50K, 100K, and 100 miles. 100 milers get a recorded time for 100K distance, and the race is a 100K qualifier for the Western States Endurance Run for all those who pass the 100K distance in under 22 hours.

Helping Our Community

After the 2023 event, we were able to donate $4,000 to Dinosaur Valley State Park (in Glen Rose, TX) to buy a rescue skid (like a sturdy medical gurney) to attach to their new EMS ATV to get people with medical emergencies off the trail quickly!

We are a Western States qualifier.

And those entered in the 100K and the 100 miler can earn their qualifier with our unique setup.

Getting participants to the finish line is a COMMUNITY effort. It takes a lot of volunteer shifts to make each event successful. We are thankful for our volunteers.

Earn Free Race Entries! We have a program to reward our volunteers with future free race entries! We keep it simple: accrue credits by volunteering for a shift, trade in your credits for comp entries into our trail or road races. Credits expire a year after they're earned. Learn More Here...
