This signup is to reserve race weekend space in the T.REX Crew Area. Crews are welcome to roam about and spectate throughout the race field; this is just about having a dedicated assigned space to put your things and to crew your runner from that is covered from the elements and a sort of "home base" of sorts for any crew team.

Reserved 10’ x 10’ staked spaces with tents are provided by the race. You may not bring in your own tents. What can and can not go onto the race shuttles is listed HERE.
Must be reserved in advance. These sites can only be reserved by 100M, 100K, or 50K participants. Only 1 Spot Per Participant. Please make sure your cart check-out reflects your participant name and email address as our check for validity (or if it does not, please email info@dinosaurvalleytrailrun.com immediately so we tie it to the right participant).
$25 reservation fee per participant which covers the tent set-up, rental, and teardown. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable if you can not attend or if the event is canceled for any reason.
There are no safeguards to prevent those who shouldn't be reserving a spot from doing so. So unfortunately, we have to enforce that those reserving who are not registered for 100M/100K/50K or who register more than one spot will have their reservations refunded minus a $5 processing+handling fee.
Each 10' x 10' tent will be shared by 4 runners + their crews. This emphasizes community, sharing resources, and planning and communication - all major hallmarks of trail running culture! ❤️
You may request your tentmates or we will assign them. This will be coordinated via a Google Form sent to you several days after you reserve a spot here.
Set up Friday (Nov 21) via scheduled shuttle time slots (times shown are when shuttles leaving the parking areas) or you can choose to set-up your area Saturday morning. There are limited spots for Friday setups each hour because of shuttle bus space so you need to arrive in your time slot. Friday options are:
11:00–11:45 AM
12:00–12:45 PM
1:00–1:45 PM
2:00–2:45 PM
3:00-3:45 PM
Last shuttle returns to Race Hub at 4:45 PM.
Packing & Setup Notes:
You must haul gear 0.2 miles from the shuttle to Valley Village where the crew areas are.
Nothing can be left out overnight unless you accept the risk of it being stolen, damaged, or destroyed.
No food may be left out overnight (wildlife hazard).
All gear must be removed by Sunday, 6 PM via shuttle.
Shuttles run once per hour all weekend; plan teardown accordingly.
